Ummm, no. Hotels generally have a permanent block of rooms set aside for airline personnel...the batteries you are stealing today probably came out of the bose headset belonging to the guy who did that overnight yesterday

Ethically speaking, I only steal from hotels which charge me for internet access.

I used the 850 in the CRJ for about a year and a half and I love it. The ANR is just enough for me. I don't find the cockpit that loud in the first place. I'm switching to the ERJ soon, so I'll be interested to see how it works in there.

Not saying they are better than the Bose, but they are lighter and much easier to carry around in my flight case. The Bose were quieter, but I couldn't fit them in my flight case.
Recently, I have noticed my ears ringing a little at night (maybe I'm just a hypochondriac); so I am considering going back to the Bose... I'll prob swap them out during my next pairing just to see if it helps.
