That's been over for a while. That was for the Dash-8 - JFK thing that didn't last long anyway. The reason they needed so many street Captains for the Dash is the stupid seat fence that's over there. The only people that can bid turboprop captain are turboprop F/Os of which there weren't that many. I would have gladly bid over to the Dash (which is what I wanted in the first place when I went there) but couldn't. Incidentally, many of the F/Os that are leaving/have left (me included) had more than enough time to upgrade but just couldn't stomach it anymore. Mesa is spiraling down and hopefully will implode in the near future.

Sabb you know I'm a laid back type of person but this stuff makes me sick as far as the company is concerned its a good busines plan I can't blame them I blame the pilots and i also blame ALPA for allowing this to go down.

Yeah I here ya, well the least we & ALPA could do is support them in Burning that place down if they dont get a good contract

alpa should be the one lighting the match. that is if they dont lay down or get too caught up in beating their chests and publishing their monthly nauseating "oohh lets look at everything good we did and leave all of our huge ****ups out" magazine
