If your FO's keep bailing, you might not need to try to burn it down. Is the staffing at Mesa really as bad as it appears from the outside?

Count me as one of the contributors to that trend. I feel like I've been paroled. Yes, staffing is that bad over there. Fix it or burn it down!

The plane has to make it to China first. Last I heard it was stuck in ANC with a mechanical problem (I know, big surprise for a Mesa airplane).

I see Mesa is offering a $5,000 hiring bonus to those with UA Express experience, what is the big deal with UA experience?

i dont think it has all that much to do with uax, but more for the jet and domicile experience. ord can be a scary place for a first time 121 FO

I'm a fairly new FO for another large UAX carrier (OO) based at ORD......ORD isn't that bad, the first day was kinda nuts I will agree, but if you know the sequence of things (especially departing), and pay attention most of all, you will be fine.

Yes, I am also on my first part 121 gig....I used to be a CFI.
