my instructor just started training at RAH and he got on with like 900 and 100... he also went to a job fair and had his resume walked in..
EDIT: another instructor from my school also just got hired a few days after mine did into the 170.. he had 1100 and 25... I thought they were pretty firm on the 100 multi thing but i guess not.. he also went to the same job fair and had his resume walked in.

Go to a job fair. Its a surefire way to bypass the online app waiting process. I waited 3 months before I decided to go to a job fair.
Note: I don't work for Republic but I think my situation is similiar to yours

Not true! Everyone does the online application, its the foundation for the HR department, you can get an interview even without filling it out, but you have to complete the online application before attending an interview. Keep faxing and emailing, if your qualified you will get a call. RAH needs 300 pilots, and I think there are only about 14 applications on file!
