Cheapest domicile

Two questions really...

One, what are some of the cheaper/cheapest domiciles to live in, and are these the more sought after ones?

Two, how do you choose a domicile? or does it choose you?

ok I guess that was 3 questions.

1)Stay away from the water and generally speaking you'll be in a cheaper domicile.

2)You bid for them in class. You put which ones you'd like to have in order. Then, based on the seniority you are within your class, they assign you one. They start with the most senior person and give him his most desirable pick if available and so on. If your #1 pick isn't available to you when your turn comes you get whatever you had next or what the company needs at that time.

how do you have different seniority throughout a class? doesn't everyone in the same class have the same seniority date?

Yup just pulled the fuel filter out of the car waiting on my new one to get in tomorrow while getting some software for my laptop. No place to go lol.

They do it different ways. Some draw out of a hat. Some use last four of SS#. RAH does it by age.

Everyone is hired on the same date but you can't have the same number. There are 1985 pilots in our company so that's 1985 different seniority numbers.

MEM is cheap... but certain parts can be "rough", certain parts are really nice as well. Problem is that the weather in the summer is miserable (hot/humid).
