No certificate or aircraft movement unless it results in an increase in pay. For FO's that means no movement since we are all paid the same. For captains, that means no movement from ERJ to CRJ or from S5 to RW and vice versa. It also means you can't go back from the 170 to CHQ. This is the reason they won't create a 175 base on the RW side. The Shuttle types would have a contractual right to bid over then. Welcome to the party.

haha, right. I had a change of heart last minute yesterday and tried to get in the republic class... full. I live in Denver currently, so I thought what the heck. We'll see about next year. Are you looking for ATL when you can hold it?

i have heard nothing... would be very disturbing as getting ready to go for me was a bit more complicated than giving notice... I actually have sold my business...

what really sucks is for guys who had given notice and were set to start on MONDAY...... and now arnt NOT getting paid......

yeah i agree, i am one that is not going to get paid. but what is even worse, unless they make the class size bigger everyone that was in the 11/27 start date before today is more then likely going to be pushed back or shuffled around again

FO pay is all the same so take the one with the best base for you. I picked up STL and get nothing but commutable trips and 15 days off a month at 86hr lines. That's only because I have the couple days for moving and asked for a few off for a wedding.

nothing new on class cancellations?....

Haven't heard a thing from RAH on any cancellations.

I have heard nothing about the 11/27 class.. but i have seen several postings that the class on 10/26 ( this coming monday ) is cancelled........ if thats so... they might push those guys to our class date... pushing us back....

yes, the 10/29 S5 was cancelled i was in it, and they have been offering everyone another class with CHQ or move them back to 11/27, im not sure what that is going to do with you guys that were already in that date to begin with or what happens to the 12 ppl that had to move from 10/27 to 11/29 already since the oct class was to full. so if you guys get any other info post it up!

guess i should find a job fueling airplanes now... this could be a while. I should of took the advice on one of the other forms... don't quit your old job until you are sitting in class.

Were you in that class already? or were you displaced from the 10/29 class? Any word on who is staying? I think the 12 people who were displaced, did get awarded the 11/27 class before the canceled 10/29 class guys did... so do we stay?

I am on the 11/27 Republic class...Got a call from LB offering me the 10/29 class a couple of weeks ago, but could not take it due to my contract with DCA. I know of another guy that was supposed to be on the 10/29 class. Did they cancell the class all together or just changed the certificate?

10/29 republic class is full. This is all I know. Last week, Kim emailed everyone say that they would need some volunteers from the 10/29 S5 class. 12 of us got displaced to the 11/27 class because she said she got a "plethora" of emails stating that people wanted to stay with Shuttle. Now the 10/29 Shuttle class is canceled, and they are displacing them to other classes. I have not got an email saying anyone about moving me out of the 11/27 class (yet.. and i hope never). So hopefully the 12 displaced first stay in the 11/27... or just me... either way :)

I think if they were planning on moving any of us 12 from the 11/27 class they would have done it when they sent out the 10/29 cancellation notice.
