Default PSA Updates

Hey guys, I've been hired by Pinnacle and I have a coming interview with PSA. I like both but I don't know anybody in PSA that can give me some inside information. I did my research on this forums but there's no recent information. I already turned down MESA and apparently my two options are PNCL or PSA. Here are some questions:

What's the upgrade time in PSA?
Do they have a commuter's policy like PNCL?
How long is reserve?
How easy is to get CLT?
How's the training department?
General thoughts?

PNCL has fast upgrades (this could change quickly though) but the pay sucks big time! PSA has better pay but I don't know about working rules or upgrade time.
Also commuting would be about the same for me, and NO I WON'T MOVE TO MY BASE! (many different reasons, let's don't go there)

Also if you don't have anything to say except PNCL or PSA SUCKS !!!! please don't post anything. I'm tired of people complaining, yes regionals in general suck, but meanwhile 'till I get my time I'm gonna have to put with this bulls..t like everybody else!

A friend of mine who has a friend at PSA indicated that the reserve times in CLT were pretty long. Thats all I know... sorry.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Republic open a CLT base in the coming months.

2.5-3 years upgrade
commuter policy that is so-so but not bad
Reserve is 14 hours per day, maybe 6 months or so
CLT is by far the most senior FO base, but with the way things are moving now it won't be long
I find the training department to be top-notch. Not flawless, but professional and organized. Hotel, full perdiem and pay are provided during training.
This spring all of the furloughed guys are leaving, and that's about 50 captains.
Overall, it isn't the best place to work, but it isn't the worst either.
Although, I don't know if I would work there without living in domicile, but that's just me.

If you have any specific questions you can always email or PM.
