Agreed, however, no union will make management punish their own. Union or no union, TF sounds like bad news.
To the company's credit, he did get removed from his CP position, and is now in training (I think).

Under oath TF claimed that his new position was a promotion, and that the company didn't remove him from the CP position. (not making an argument here...just thought it was funny...and very sad that he is still employed by what a lot of Skywest pilots have claimed is a wonderful management team)

No, what I meant is that because of this guy and his raging ego and the stupid crap he's pulled, a lot of people are likely voting in favor of ALPA.
