I'm really not that familiar with the term troll, but when I come on here you always seem to have a comment....on stuff that is obviously above your current pay grade...so either one quit being a dbag or two get a gf to occupy your time instead if sitting on some forum pretending you know what your talking about....either way no one gives two ******s what you say!

I've done 3 planes now at RAH. (CRJ, 145) S5 170 was by far the most straight forward experience I have had yet. On day 1 of indoc you'll get a binder with a study guide. Know the study guide. If it's not bolded in the POH you don't have to have it memorized. There are not enough memory items to really waste your time studying before hand. so many are the same. Limitations you'll spend 2 hours maybe and have down. I would use my time before class to make sure my house is in order and see my family. Unless you live in IND or STL, plan on being gone the better part of 3 months.

Also, don't obsess with the oral to the exclusion of learning the correct flows, profiles and callouts for the simulator. Too often guys put 110% effort into the oral (and you do need to be prepared for it) and neglect to prepare for the sim, resulting in the first 2-3 sessions being wasted because they don't know that material. You can't focus exclusively on one and neglect the other.
