Not an exciting read, but some rankings did surprise me a little... Posted in this forum since they're all regionals.

one thing that i noticed was the bigger the regional airline the worse the stats....same thing with the bigger hubs like ASA at atlanta and eagle at DFW. I just think that the more airplanes are more pax and more pax more bags being mishandled and the bigger the airport the more likely they wont be on time because of delays.

The article is very misleading. If you look at the on-time percentage for many of the airlines at the bottom of the list(i.e. The Legacys), their on-time percentage is worse. The regionals cancellation rates are higher, which in case for many regionals who fly in to east coast hubs, are caused by the Mother Legacys cancelling the flights because of WX/ATC. Many of the so called worst airline actually have better on time percentages, but more cancellations, and like I said those cx's are usually at the hand of the mother legacy.
