Default Q400 Outstation Bases for Colgan

It's been announced on Crew Trac that Colgan will have outstation bases for the Q400 at PIT, ORF and BWI. These will primarily be day trips. Not quite sure what led to this development but I suppose it is good news for those who want to be home every night.

They are still going to be at EWR as well, right?

Yes, EWR will still be a base. I think that that flying will still be mostly overnights.

Yeah, and don't forget the inevitable IAH base for the Q400. So was there really alot of crewmember requests for these outstation bases? The Crew Trac message is the first I've heard about this.

Well hey, at least you'll be on a first name basis with the CFR crews at all the different stations...

On a serious note, what's the word on the gear issues...
