He's hung over from Kool-Aid Keg Stands! LOL!
I'm sure he'll be back once he recuperates from his sugar hang over.
BTW, anyone else having a hard time getting the red Kool-Aid stains out of their pilot shirts? LOL!

I talked to Tony via SAPA forums and I forgot why he told me has been laying low. Anyways, we shouldn't have to wait more than a month to figure whether we will the ones smiling or the others who like to bad mouth our horrible airline!

dude koolaid people dont necessarily like to badmouth skywest. sure its a good company, but most of us are more concerned with the attitudes of employees there that the airline can do nothing wrong and your management does not exploit you (they do), and you guys will always be above everyone else. show some humility and youll earn a lot more respect.
some good ambassadors of your airline are rickair, jetjock, reelbig, blah blah etc...

I want to understand how pay negotiations go at Skywest (being non-union).
How often are you guys able to negotiate pay increases? Does this happen every year, or at a set time interval, or only when management says they feel like increasing pay? What happens if the membership votes down a pay proposal? Do they go back to the bargaining table?
Can any Skywest pilots can jump in and let me know how pay changes work at Skywest.
Thanks.
