I opened my mouth to soon. I just got JM'ed...oh well, at least it will pay for all my Christmas gifts.

I would definately consider any reassignments being JA'd. I use to work for Mesa which everyone know is the king of this and there were many people that actually bid for shifts with 3 or 4 hour sits in the hub because they would actually do things during this time. Regardless of why you bid a schedule, if they change it without your consent, I consider that to be JA'd. We were paid 200% for any JA at Mesa. However when I left they were still working on the greivance for the being rescheduled inside of a sit pay. According to the contract that should have been paid at JA pay...of course the company has a less than stellar reputation of knowing the inner workings of that same contract.
