Dead heading doesnt really seem to be an issue here at mesaba unless you are on the 900. On Saab I have dead headed twice, and both times they have been the only thing on my schedule that day, meaning that I was paid min guarantee for both of them, which as stated before was 4 hours. Both of the flights were only an hour long, so in a sense I got paid 400%. The only time you will probably dead head is on reserve, things may change, but that is just my experience.
Most hotels as stated before arent the greatest, the typical holiday inns, and such. |

You must pickup a TRI bridge to LFT! The LaQuinta in TRI and the Hilton in LFT are the bomb! The Walper Terrace in YFK is also nice! LBE Sheraton isn't bad either.

DTW Saab has some good hotels. MSP Saab hotels, for the most part, are absolutely abysmal.

Hey guys I posted this in another Mesaba thread on this site......just in case you come across it twice...
So, Kristin Braam in Mesaba HR told me to call her to schedule the interview with Mesaba once I applied for my passport. She called me with the interview offer last week. I think she just got back into town today. I called her several times today but she never returned any of my calls, I sent her an e-mail as well. I really don't want to keep blowing up here phone and stuff. Anybody have any Ideas? Should I keep trying to call her or just wait for her to call me back?. She said that I could reschedule it once I do the passport "thing", which I have. I'm just hoping I still have the chance to interview. Sincerely........"paranoid"LanderJ |
