Well, it is referred to as the "pilot ghetto". Quite a few of our employees live there. There are several complexes to choose from. Some are better than others. The apartments are older and cheap. Not luxurious by any means, but not a dump either. It is not truly a ghetto. There are no thugs or gangters living there from what I can see. Just mostly lower income, white southern country folk. Everyone seems to be fairly friendly there. It would be a good place for you to get started until year two pay.
