Hahaha, thanks for giving my hopes up. I had a feeling it was too good to be true for them paying for it. Guess I might as well get it as soon as possible since it never expires.

If anyone needs a replacement one they charge you a lot of money for that. If you instead go to the place where you change your address, they'll send you one for free.

Hopefully this works...I've had my the license for some time now but haven't seen it in a long time. Just updated my address, let's see if I get a pleasant surprise in the mail.

FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS): ULS Home

Log in and then change the address that they have on file.
Worked just fine for me

Hmmmm.... I spent $165..... did I get the wrong one ? Mine says Radio Station Authorization on it. It also list AC - Aircraft as service and Portable as Type. Will this one work or am I *^@%ed?

That is the most confusingly crappy website I've ever been on.

I know this is an old post but just responding to JayBee. I got my new FCC license online for $60 because I misplaced my original (which used to be free!). So, I think you got the wrong one. I would look for a customer service number and explain the situation. They should fix the error and give you the correct license and a refund for the difference hopefully!
