LOL! I see UAL having a big problem with this, but I guess it could happen.

Oh, I heard that XJT's buying AirTran, SKW's buying SWA and 9E buying JetBlue. Sorry couldn't help myself.

We currently have pay scales that take us up to a 757 and we've had them for the better part of a decade, as you can see we don't a have 757's.

Yet! LOL!!!!!!

Don't laugh, I've heard the same thing from like 5 different people, and the rumor is staying the same.

Wexford has a lot of Frontier stock, and some RAH stock. I hear they approached Bedford about merging the two. Etc. Etc..

I wouldn't put it past Bedford. He has little interest in flying smaller frames (< 70 seats) and has publically stated such. Frontier has needed a partner for quite some time as it's struggled financially.

Like said initially, there is some interesting language presented in the new contract they're working on and this came from some senior F9 FO's involved.

The great thing about rumors is that it's always a rumor until it's painted on the ramp. I've heard the F9 rumor pop up once or twice...

I've also heard that we're buying Compass.

I've also heard we bought the carribbean sun certificate and we're going to start flying 737's.

I've also heard about 8,000,000 MCO rumors.

What I haven't heard is a press release, statement, company memo, or even smoke signal from a single member of management regarding any of this. Just because Bedford says he wants to fly bigger airplanes doesn't mean we're on the cusp of a Frontier merger (which would be a bad idea for a multitude of reasons).

I'd enjoy the seniority bump.

I don't know if the pilots of Frontier would just stand around and get stapled underneath a bunch of 23 year olds. But what do I know.
