Default Mesa in China...staffing?

I've heard that Mesa may have some logistical difficulty in shipping their aircraft to China? Apparently the Chinese Government will not allow any more aircraft on Chinese soil until Mesa has the Crews in place to staff each one at 5:1...

Any news on how they are rounding-up Pilots for their Chinese towel-party?? And where are those aircraft coming from exactly...
