Well grumpy gremlin just like ramp and gate are intittled to a lunch so are the sups only difference is they don't use lunch as an excuse they don't run from work or take a lunch in the middle of a push i think the ramp and controlcenter agents have too many excuses and uses the saying of not my job to much if people there focus on what needs to be done in order to keep their peice of a job then things their might go a lot smoother.

has anyone ever heard of a lan line? some sups and gate agents sure haven't. and they wonder why they get no info from the control center. we have heard everything from their potty training all the way to their date last night and where they are going to lunch and with whom. all these lenthly conversations on the radio are uncalled for say what you got to say and keep the channel clear for inportant things and in case of emergency.

Why don't you guys grow up!? The people in DTW are:

2. Safe
3. Reliable
4. Do a great job overall

Yeah right, if they are all thoose things then why in the world are we waiting over 30 min for a jet bridge.

As a Pax on Mesaba a few times (DTW-CMI SF3) I have always experienced very poor service @ the DTW airport...the NWA side (A gates) are always in a good mood. The Mesaba side (c gates) are always in a VERY bad mood, everytime I have flown through there!!! And I really like that airport.
