There alot of new hires in DTW...still hiring through Feb from i hear....for ramp and gate..there are alot that work hard and alot of slackers...typical hub issues,i think the moral is down as well...with the wage cuts coming up are not helping....just be patience Cloud

I agree with Grumpy...the rampers follow their lead...just like a child follows their mommy...if their lead does not care..either will they..they think just becasue they are in Management they do not have to help out...it is to be a TEAM effort...everyone help out ...am i wrong?

rumor has it mesaba ops afternoon shift has a great crew they have to pick up the slack from the whinny dayshift and correct their mistakes. feel sorry for those who have to listen to the pin--heads they think they come first for everything and are so rude to the ops personnel. someone needs to set the pin------heads straight----grat job ops

Very true, you would think there would be a skd that would have some sort of a overlap, but i honestly think that they are skd to start 10 min, after the am rampies leave.


It seems as if now (like it was better before) everything is complete mess. It's as if they still haven't recovered from the 2004 christmas fiasco.
