Haha. Funny you mention that. I DID come from another regional and all I heard there was the *****ing about the job and I had conversations there about it and I'll do the same at this one too. I will not waste my time to debate here.

 

That's because mine have learned to not bother calling me.
Seriously though, my sim partner was a former professional bodybuilder. Dude was HUGE.

Guys here are the facts:

WE ARE PILOTS...NOT AIRLINE C.E.O.'S - as someone mentioned earlier, fly the d*mn airplane, and let the folks that get paid the millions of dollars do the managing...don't like it, move to another company.

The award is cyclical Mesa held it, XJT held it, ASA held it, you get the picture...all the same be kind and congratulate the RAH folks when you see them, or be a grown up and don't say anything unless is positive.

XJT is not going anywhere, and unless you have inside information you're just speculating...if you enjoy that sort of thing there is someone name Michael Boyd that gets paid a lot of money by doing that very same thing...of course he's been wrong about 50% of the time, but I suppose that's why we call it speculation.

and finally, realize that this kind of conflict between ourselves as airline pilots is the reason why our industry is where it is today.

Grow up guys, act like the professionals we claim to be.

Do I say a lot of anything about XJT on here? I usually try not to...unless it's positive. I try to maintain an even keel about things since everyone gets all worked up everytime XJT and RAH gets mentioned in the same sentence.

Do me and my friends make fun of each other? Sure...but that's in person...and it's funnier than the crap you read on here.

 

Sadly I was thinking the same thing. If this award is so unimportant, why mak excuses for why RAH got it and not airline xyz.

 

I don't know this is pretty funny.
