RJ COURSE or CFI EXPERIENCE
When it comes to LOW TIME candidates for the regionals, what really counts????? RJ COURSE or CFI EXPERIENCE
Why regionals lower their minimums for people with RJ course, but will not do the same for CFI ??? Why they give preference to the RJ course ???

Well your CFI is always a Back up should your Flavor of the Day Regional TANK you can always instruct on the side..I am partial to the CFI experience because I learned more by instructing for 3 years than any RJ course will teach you.. remember what ever you need to know about the RJ the company will teach you Having your CFI in my eyes tells me you are Teachable and thus not much of a Liability ... Get your CFI CFII MEI AGI IGI its all worth it and the study habits you get from getting them will hopefully last a lifetime..

Simple.
The RJ course is a tool used by those who lack the conviction to dedicate the required amount of work to achieve a desired goal.
Essentially - those who take (pay their own money) for these RJ courses are only in it to get someplace quick, with no regard to trying to gain increased experience in any shape or form.
They are the ones who are just so damn fascinated with flying a plane for a living, that they will do anything and everything possible (dependent on the size of their checkbook) to get into a jet, further eroding the integrity of the profession.
So in the end - CFI.

CFI without a doubt.
You'll learn more in 200 hrs of dual given than you thought possible.
My last year of being a CFI has been priceless experience that I'll always have. An airline can teach me to fly the RJ on their dime.
