pretty close. you are right though, i was going off some one elses post,, decided to put them both here to compare. remember these are company imposed rates which they know are low ball rates, and yet we are just a dollar off. keep in mind they also round up the rates on apc,, so let me do that for you.

of course you see the big difference in pay for the really senior guys.. you can think your sapa leaders at skywest for giving themselves a huge raise will taking a dump on the rest of the employees.

I used our exact numbers from the new payrates, not what APC had. I hope the FOs get paid more on the -900 in your negotiated rate.

LOL! They left the same message on my voicemail today on my day off!

Looks like Pinnacle -900 pilots are going to get a big retroactive bonus check sometime soon.

Those rates definately are pitiful. Good luck on your next contract. I suggest you look at Republic's rates for the EMB-175 and Horizon's rates for the CRJ-700. Those are definately the lowest 900 rates I have ever seen. And don't even get me started on FO pay.

BTW, Skywest is one of the lower paid -900 operators. Yet look at their rates compared to Pinnacle.

YOS RATE SKYWEST
0-1 57.40.....60
1-2 59.69.....62
2-3 61.65.....65
3-4 63.66.....67
4-5 65.58.....69
5-6 67.55.....71
6-7 69.31.....73
7-8 71.44.....75
8-9 73.63.....77
9-10 75.86.....80
10-11 78.12.....83
11-12 80.51.....86
12-13 82.94.....88
13-14 85.40.....91
14-15 87.37.....93
15-16 88.77.....96
16-17 90.22.....97
17-18 91.64.....101

Skywest tops out at 105.

I am not defending Skywest. They are one of the lower paid 900 operators (in terms of straight rates), along with Mesaba. These rates are terrible.
Good luck Pinnacle.

yeah i just posted this at the top of this page. if you round our rates up, like they do skywests rates we are only a dollar or two behind them till they top out. of course like i said earlier the reason they top out so high is because sapa gave themselves a huge raise while taking a crap on the rest of the employees.

You can't even discuss your own crappy rates without dragging Skywest into it some how? Pathetic. You will try to drag Skywest through the mud every chance you get. Some how it makes you feel better about the conditions you deal with every day. Have fun dealing with a management team that tries to screw you every day of the week. I will gladly keep what I have here at Skywest.

Rant over.

Those are comparable rates to what Comair has (for captains not FO's), which were crammed down our throats in BK (essentially they took the SkyWest pay at the time, no over ride at that point).

I still don't believe you have the correct Skywest payrates up for the 900. The Skywest apc profile hasnt been updated yet. I seriously doubt that when you factor in all the soft time and duty rigs that any captain at Pinnacle will make anything close to a captain at skywest with the same senority.

ExperimentalAB 01-31-2008 06:37 PM

Let's keep SkyWest out of this thread, shall we? Anybody arguing that we're even in the same league with that payscale is certifiable.

easy there wavit,, what you fail to realize is that these are COMPANY IMPOSED RATES,, YOURS WERE VOTED ON AND APPROVED BY YOUR PILOT GROUP. if by 18 days off this month and crappy pay are the conditions you talk about that i have to deal with then yeah, its terrible. i work 4, 3 day trips in the middle of the week this month. i get crappy pay and will get to go to newark to picket. and your management team screws you over every day of the week, but the difference is we fight back, and you guys approve the screwing with a nearly 80 percent approval rate... now come on wavit dont hate a brother, i have flown over wavit probably as many times as you have. i could have gone to skywest just like the majority of my friends did nearly 3 years ago. i may be the only one from my school here at pinnacle but i certainly dont wish i would have gone to skywest then. hell maybe after we strike and get fired i will end up working for skywest anyway. or maybe you guys will buy us. that would be nice.
