Anyone Have a Mesa Interview Date In March?

Do some instructing it is a great experience. Please think before you do it because there is a good chance the company is going down and you will not have a job any way. If you can not get a job else where it probally means you only have 250hrs and i caution you to think about if you can handle fly 50 people around. You might be able to but think about it first.
I don't have a CFI and don't have a desire to get it. I most def know that I am capable of flying any number of people around- not an issue.

Sounds good. With those times you should be able to go to a different airline.

I have a good friend that owns a 135... out of what he has I have flown a Cheyenne 400 LS, IIIA and IIXL. Most time in the 400.
I have about 70 hours total in all three, between Dual and PIC

With the exception of RAH & SKW, every regional airline out there would gladly interview you with those times. Personally, go to Mesaba, ASA or Pinnacle. All three have upgrades less than 3 years and all three are well respected.
Both RAH & SKW need 1000/100. If you ask I’m sure there are quite a few posters in here that would help you get interviews at their carriers.

Have you Applied anywhere else? Because if you can get an interview go to those before you choose to go to Mesa. I do not want to be another you will ruin everything for going there (even though i feel that way) but i hope you explore other options before you decide. There are alot of them out there. With in the next few months hiring will pick up again as long as the econ. doesnt take a total crap.

Best of luck but please don't go to Mesa or GoJet. In the end I'm 99% positive you'll regret it. Chasing an upgrade into a really crappy company is a huge risk. If you go to one of the carriers I recommended above, your upgrade might be 6 months after your upgrade at Mesa would have been but you’ll get A LOT MORE TIME OFF, be more respected and you'll MAKE A LOT MORE MONEY (hourly pay rates are nothing without pay structure and Mesa has none).
I'd like to stay and chat with you some more but I have to fly to HOU.
Good luck and take a look at this thread.
