Default skywest hiring pool questions

Just was curious how does the hiring pool work, do they call those in first to the first avail class (first in the pool first out?) or is there another process..

Any updates on when the next Brasilia class might be? Spring? Summer?

What date did you interview? I interviewed on 2/12 and will also be on the Brasilia? I too have the same questions.

You interviewed a week before me. You and I may make the same Bro class when they get one scheduled. I too am learning the limitations. If we have a lot of time before class starts, I will learn those and be looking for additional things to study. I have a friend on the Bro, he should be able to get me the flows to study.

Anyone else on the forum in this SkyWest hiring pool? Or have you been here before a few years ago? How does it work?

From what I've been told they are still going to run the Apr 7th & May 5th EMB upgrade classes but with reduced loads. Currently we are still a little short staffed on the old Sw1tch B1tch so I'd expect them to start running EMB new hire class long before they run their first CRJ new hire class. I really wouldn’t be all that surprised if a few of you EMB poolies find your way into the Apr 7th or the May 5th classes.

JetJock is right, you should get called before the RJ guys the way things are looking right now. Any need for the RJ will likely come from BRO FO's so you will need to fill their spots.

JetJock! You're going to commute ATL-FATtown?? You oughta be able to hold a Line straight out of training though, no?
