About a year ago or so, you could buy a new shiny 172 with the round dials as an option, but it was more expensive. Now I don't even see that option on the Cessna website anymore, but they still refer to the G1000 as an "option". :rolleyes:

i dont think this is a very wise buiness move for bombardier..... to devlop this aircraft and market it sucessfully is going to be quite a challenge seeing that there are already several aircraft that fit in this category, 319, smaller 737, possibly some strech versions of the ERJ 170/190 if developed.....as far as branding this thing as a regional aircraft, good luck, im shure that would spur all sorts of bickering between mainline and regionals
