Bombardier CSeries Aircraft Presentation

Saw this on there website.

Rumored to be a possibility for DC-9 replacement.

That PPT looks like it was made by an 8th grader. There didn't seem to be any substance in the entire presentation save the picture of the interior. This A/C has been in the concept phase for quite sometime, I wonder if it will actually ever come to fruition

Not to point the thread in a negative direction, but let's hope that this birds don't end up at any regional.

It's already bad enough folks flying 900's for 50 seat pay.

I've seen these before. They're called A319s.

I guess with the all the "M&A" talk, Bombardier has brushed the dust off the C-Series program and would like to market it to mainline customers.

StillInstructin 02-29-2008 07:19 PM

looks like a 190 to me.

ExperimentalAB 02-29-2008 07:53 PM

It's fugly. Can't you find an Airplane these days made with good 'ole steam gauges? You can't even get a damn 172 with dials anymore.

ToiletDuck 02-29-2008 08:31 PM

So now they think the 170 is the best?

higney85 03-01-2008 05:25 AM

Anything with more than 50 seats needs to be mainline IMO. Looks like a -190 or -170 though.
