I click on 75% of the threads on this site. It's nothing personal.

I might comment at 1% of them when I feel the need.....

LOL , yea I am a new hire at ASA but have been in the aviation buisness for some time now. I did not mean to attack you personaly but just see that there are alot of people that come to this forum giving the doom and gloom of the buisness. I myself am a glass is overflowing type guy, and just wish more people could be that way. Aviation is not for everyone and its to bad that they get so involved in the buisness before they realize it. I chose to fly instead of going to Med. school, so to each their own. I have alot of friends who are doctors and not all of them are making a killing right off the bat, just as pilots in the begining stages will not either. Anyways please forgive me if I came off rude, Im really not a rude person.
Happy Easter!!!!

Sky, I'm glad you got your life figured out for you. Why you think that applies to the rest of the world still boggles my mind.

"Flying is great but the sacrifices are not worth the life the career provides anymore"

Maybe for you. Maybe not for the next guy. He's going to make his own choice. You get to give your input on how wise that choice might be. After that, you constantly knocking that choice is a waste of bandwidth.
My estimation of an aviation career today is based upon the risk, and investment versus return. As such some may choose to preserver in this profession but it then is really a subsidized working hobby and not a true income generating profession.

People need to know what they are getting into. My efforts are to continuously point out where the profession is failing since new examples and readers arrive everyday. I am sure that you do the same in support of aviation.
