Wow, a SUPER newbie LoL I remember those good ole days haha...

And on topic, SkyWest is a very good place to be. Reserve sucks, PBS is great if you're not dumb, SkedPlus+ is great with proper staffing, the flying is some of the best in the regional business (both Bro and Jet)...

My typical day consists of flipping through the DirectTV channels until I find an episode of Family Guy, aimlessly wandering the internet, and occasionally venturing into the kitchen for a bite to eat. Eventually the phone will ring and I will get called into work. I'll report to the crew lounge for my assignment, go to the gate, and find that the flight has been canceled. Typically at this point I'll be assigned 3 hours of "airport appreciation time" (ready reserve), after which I return to the crash pad.

Those in the know have already figured out I'm an FO on reserve in Chicago.

That being said, Skywest has some terrific people and I'm happy to be here. Can't wait to hold a line though....

I just wanted to say thanks, man. I don't know where I'd be without you Chicago reserves.

yeah dude, SkedPlus+ is sweet. A lot of people complain about it. Heck, it's better than nothing.I managed to take a crappy line award and built a little credit while dropping some lame overnight. How did your April turn out when it was all said and done?

Quit it there....I think I just threw up in my mouth again! The only people that really complain about it is the 480 of us on the Bro that have yet another month of red arrows and min reserve coverage! Glad it works out for you guys though and hope someday to see the benefits of SkdPlus+ for myself.

Except in MKE!

I can't complain. I've been pulled of a standup, a 3-day, and a 4-day in the last month for IOE without getting reassigned. 25 days off, 80hrs of credit, no vacation used for two and a half weeks off in a row.
