What kind of pay range is expected in the regionals?

Anybody that talks smack about CHQ is probably an XJT or Comair puke that doesn't know sh!t about the threat Republic Airlines posed to Chautauqua in early 2003. See whats happened with GoJet and TSA? CHQ scoped that Republic flying and paid for that scope with a buck or two per hour - but the QOL in their contract is far better than say, the old Comair contract. It depends on what you are looking for, and if you are willing to be JUNIOR MANNED or be forced to commute or live in crappy bases in exchange for a bit more on your hourly rate, more power to you. Your mileage may vary...
Mesa had the same exact thing happen to them with Freedom, except their MEC was less effective and pilot group less united than CHQ's. Let us also not forget they were the first two regionals to sign contracts post 9/11. I'm sick and tired of people jealous of Republic Airways Holdings' growth whining that CHQ "lowered the bar".
Its not like Mesa & CHQ pilots said "lets go fly for slave wages so we can take other people's flying away!"
