I'm talking price only of any stock.....no easy shots at MAG please. It doesn't. A stock is an instrument of equity. A bond is an instrument of debt. Sometimes the term "penny-stock" is used to refer to a stock that is trading below a certain price. However, to be technically correct, this term would probably be a misnomer in the case of MAG. For what it's worth, I'd much rather be holding Mesa bonds than stock right now! (But am glad to not have either.) |
If Mesa does file CH 11 do you think they will continue to fly some of the UAL flying under protection of the court, or just stop flying like ATA?

I guess to be more specific I mean that at a certain point, brokers have to get you to sign a document stating that they are not pushing the "penny stocks" on you.

Im thinking Skybus scenario. JO may take leave (I personally like pitchforks and torches outside his office saying that the mob would like to 'talk') and then someone from the bottom moves on up before the end. Kind of like Fun With Dick & Jane...ya know? |
Go away MESA, please go away.
