They were the only airline I'm aware of that withholds all travel & jumpseat benies from new hires, so that would make it hard to commute, unless you wanted to buy tickets... |
If a company doesn't have jumpseat agreements, or has limited ones, it may be hard. In my last job I could only ride with US Airways and NWA, so with delta being the only airline serving my parent's home town, that wasn't an option.
