Default Commute.

Hey,
Are there any Regional airlines that do not allow you to commute?

You can do whatever you want on your time off...

I know eagle used to require new hires to live in San Juan, PR, not sure how that's legal, or if they still do it. They were the only airline I'm aware of that withholds all travel & jumpseat benies from new hires, so that would make it hard to commute, unless you wanted to buy tickets...

If a company doesn't have jumpseat agreements, or has limited ones, it may be hard. In my last job I could only ride with US Airways and NWA, so with delta being the only airline serving my parent's home town, that wasn't an option.
