PenAir is a great place to work
good equipment SAAB 340
starting pay is low like everywhere but the senior guys are getting around
100k and work 4 on 3 off and you are home every night
if you want to work 135 you can those are usually week on week off and do some neat flying with caravans and saratoga's
we also have Grumman Gooses but forget about them there is a waiting list of very senior guys who want to fly them and the current goose pilots are not going anywhere
its a good place to make it a career and live the Alaskan dream
