Sounds like a pretty solid business plan, hey look we even made money. Huh

Kind of a harsh comment coming from a SKW dude.

Don't revel in the downfall of your closest competitor (for the best regional around).
I'm not trying to be harsh, the same thing is true at SKW. If we had to do all of those things, we would lose money be the truckload.

Hey... they said it was 12 planes. Are you sure it's 17?

12 active aircraft with 5 to be delivered from the Airways operation. So right now, we need immediate homes for 12 airplanes and crews. By the end of the year there will be 5 more that need homes.

Go back and reread the press release, 2007 10-K, and listen to the 1st Q FY08 conference call to see what options are in place for the Frontier aircraft and crews.

You are not correct on where the E170s where coming from and options for post Frontier.

12 aircraft operating for F9 are coming off the line. There were another 5 new aircraft that were supposed to be delievered at the the end of 2008. That's why you're hearing an interchange of 12 aircraft vs. 17 aircraft.

Actually I just read the 10K filing.... the 5 aircraft were to come from the E-170s coming offline the S5 Delta op..... It clearly states 16 E170s being replaced by 16 E175's .... 10 E-170s going to UAL express operations... and 5 going to Frontier ... with 1 left unallocated......

Now...that might conflict with what has been said... but it is clear as day in the 10K filing.
