How long is it taking Comair to call folks back with a yea or nay? Is it a good sign if it takes longer or is that just waiting for the background paper work to clear?

Can't really say. I personally was offered the job as I was eating lunch, after the interview... While the rest of my class was called 7-10 days later.

I was offered the job late last week, 3 days after my interview.

Default requirements

How tightly are they sticking to the 600/100 requirements. I have about 300 ME, 200 Turbine, but only 525TT. Currently working for a 135 cargo operation but think I want to make a change now. Updated my application at Airline Apps and sent an e-mail yesterday to flyjets@Comair requesting an interview. Any thoughts on if or when I might hear back?

I applied on airline apps Friday afternoon and had an interview invite via e-mail Monday afternoon. I have 610/80. I think your chances are pretty good.

Going by the past year of hiring class size, that's a decent size class...hmm

maybe they're actually getting people in the door.

I hope they have just enough trouble getting people here that they have to raise pay
