I got $150. Not sure how the bonus programs compare between the two carriers (I assume they're virtually the same).

You people are grumbling over the difference between $100-$300? Quit your damn crying. Flying for an airline is all about being on time....all of the time. It is the job. We are lucky we get any bonus. Does a firefighter get a bonus for putting out a fire, or does a waitress get a bonus for serving food? Give me a break!! Be happy any extra money is out there.

Ladder41, what's wrong with folks getting a bit more if the job is well done? The CEO's job is to make a profit, and he gets a bonus, why not the pilots? At the same time, a "bonus" of ~$100 is kind of insulting...

The bonus wasnt that high due to all the weather in the first quarter and all of the CX'd flights. If a flight is CX'd the airline doesnt get paid for it, that cuts into profit and we end up with less of a profit share.

BH is working to get us more money because he recognizes the hard work we are doing so the next payout should be better partly because of that and because 2nd quarter numbers have been strong.

Now is not the time to start back lashing or as posted above we will be another F8.

Is not as much as we would have liked. BH obviously agrees and is changing it. What's the problem? Management and the pilots agree. Mind blower! Does anyone remember Brian L?

Also payouts were not that high because a large percentage of the bonus is on profits....which are a lot lower than in previous quarters due to high fuel costs. I'm surprised we got anything.

We should all be glad to hold on to our seats or even jobs right now.

What if United, or even Midwest tanks? What happens with Skywest? The Inc. profits will go way down? Would they furlough? Boot ASA out of ATL and send those planes to their?

IMHO, ahead lies the toughest times ever for the airline industry, and some of the hardest times for this Nation since the 1930's.
