Crew member refuses to deboard

As we were taxiing to the E gates at CLT today, my captain and I overheard on North Ramp Freq. that a Republic crew member was refusing to leave the airplane at the gate it was occupying. Anyone know what the deal was? It was probably something minor but it was hilarious nonetheless.

I dont have anything to add to this in particular but a good story to match about the good ole days and booting crew members off the plane. I will be posting it here tommrow when I am sober.:o

Neither the pilots or flight attendants can be junior manned at RAH.

Stop using the word de-board. How about de-plane, disembark, egress or anything else.

Were they sitting on the tarmac when the pilot refused to deboard?
