Default "West Coast" regionals hiring?

Seems to me that if you're looking to hire on with a regional with a domicile in the western half of the US (e.g., LAX, SEA SLC, PHX, DEN), there are few (if any) options left these days?

SkyWest is still doing EMB classes through the rest of 2008. That might be it besides MAG, but I don't think anyone is gonna touch them with a 10 ft pole. If you're willing to go 135, theres more options like Ameriflight, but still not much.

American Eagle is still hiring with a choice of bases, one of which is LAX. They fly the EMB-145 and the SF3 out there, but if you bid LAX, they will probably put you in the Saab to start.

The only ones hiring out West that I can think of are SkyWest into the Bro, Eagle into LAX and Lynx out of DEN. I'm not going to mention Mesa, as they don't exit in my book

As others mentioned SKW is running 1 EMB class a month thru 2008. However we don't appear to be interviewing. Guess they will have to begin interviews soon though but I have no idea how many folks are in the pool. If SKW is somewhere you would like to be I would get your application filled out yesterday so you are in the queue for the next round of interviews.

Cheers!

If you hover over LAX on that pilotjobs thingy, it shows ExpressJet as a Legacy Airline
