If you don't have anyone else knocking at your door, take XJet. You might get lucky and they keep the airplanes...if not, you'll have an RJ type rating and a few 100 glass/turbojet hours...you can then write your own ticket at the regional of your choice. Beats being stuck as a CFI.

It depends on what regional you fly with. Some regionals want to keep pilots. Plus if the majors arent hiring it's not the end of the world you can still fly fractional or charter operations, they make around 80K a year with good benefits.
