an injuction is just a time buy. It means more time for gathering evidence on both sides, and there will be another hearing, and that could lead to continuation, and then after all the legal stuff that I dont know about ends, then you get a judgement. Might be quick, or if it becomes clear one side is going to lose, then you could see it drag out. I doubt this will be quick.

I think some of the basis for negative comments towards MESA is the perception ad testamonies that they treat their employees poorly.
However, in this case, in my opinion, MESA is damaged goods. Would you as a Delta, United, or USAirways want to forge an alliance after seeing MESA and Delta duke it out in court ? Without alliances, MESA may have a hard time staying in business as a stand-alone carrier.
Just my two cents, your mileage hopefully will vary,
