Mesa Contract

Does anyone that has quit MAG no how the contract works. I signed a promisary note but it doesnt mention when it starts. Does it take affect after the type or IOE.

Did you read the contract before signing? I would imagine it would be in there somewhere...

PS: You need to check your spelling!

I don't think the contract specifies in detail, it says something like "after completion of training"...which has always been interpreted as IOE, since that is the final phase of training. I don't think even mesa would try to argue that one.

sorry, i dont know if this is an AQP only thing or not, but Supervised Operational Experience, where you fly as an FO with a training capt. for a certain number of legs before you go out on the line...
