Well, I'm sure XJT's is not much better if at all but is it true that they only pay for their share if you block in more than a certain amount per month? Or did I misunderstand that?
It might be lower and I'm sure someone else can shed some more light but since I don’t need the coverage from SKW I haven't spent the time studying your plans. |

Yes but I believe it's based upon 62.5 hours of credit. Anything less you're no longer considered full time.
If you try and drop trips below 62.5, the computer will ask you how you want to cover the time (user time or vacation). Therefore, it takes a call to CS to get below 62.5 and not use you bank of time and keep benefits. |

I don't start until July 7. Spent last week building a windsock pole for my little airport. Plan on building my own custom rollerboard bag this week. Already got 16 ft2 of .100 5052 AL and some Cordura. Thinking about retractable wheels.

So it doesn't apply to reserve pilots who don't fly the 62.5 hours a month? I hope not if in fact you guys are overstaffed and looking to hire more.

All reservists are considered full time with full benefits. It's just when you chose to drop yourself below the minimum required that you lose your benefits for that month. If the company dropped you below the requirement then you will retain everything seeing that we're pay protected.
