Yes but I believe it's based upon 62.5 hours of credit. Anything less you're no longer considered full time.

If you try and drop trips below 62.5, the computer will ask you how you want to cover the time (user time or vacation). Therefore, it takes a call to CS to get below 62.5 and not use you bank of time and keep benefits.

All reservists are considered full time with full benefits. It's just when you chose to drop yourself below the minimum required that you lose your benefits for that month. If the company dropped you below the requirement then you will retain everything seeing that we're pay protected.

No. Doesn't apply to reserve. We are overstaffed in some seats, but hiring will go to a dribble (mostly just EMB, and keeping a CRJ pool).
