Wrong. Don't spread misinformation. They will likely be displaced from their current positions and be able to only hold FO seats, but for now they're still Captains.

Already been arbitrated. Flowback is gone.... so is flowthrough, but that wouldn't be happening anway.

AA pilots who were sent to Eagle as captains STILL hold the right to be able to flow through back to AA. Arbitration decision.

That is a recall, not a flowthrough

Eagle pilots who were issued AA seniority numbers but withheld in a training lock will have the right to flow, not that any will still want to when hiring resumes.

but... those guys with numbers feel they have can choose to stay if they want. Arrrrg! Its such b.s. They chose AA number over Eagle Rights, knowing at the time that it was a firm decision.

I would like to see them go as much as the next guy, but if you read the arbitrators ruling, he essentially repeats the lousy language in Letter 3 about them having the option to exercise their right to flow....
Not a very good ruling for Eagle as a company or for the many pilots who elected Eagle Rights, or the 6-9 year FO's.
