Does anyone know the process for changing American Licenses into Canadian ones or Canadian Licenses into American ones? I wouldnt think it would be to complicated a process.

CA to US: Private (and IR) is just a paperwork drill at the FSDO. You also have to take the written for the IR. Everything COMM and higher requires a checkride, and also the written I believe.
