Ive been wondering if that would happen eventually...

Anyone know the down time between ground school and SIM (for the jet) heard possibly two months.

They are trying to get more Sims; Houston and even Paris France for sims. Right now it's Dallas and St louie. You are paid full 75 hours regardless of wait... Getting a 145 sim in CLT but that will take a while. If you get paired with a CA upgrade could be as quick as 2 weeks after ground school since they are pushing them through faster.

Probably the only way that would happen is if the pilot groups got AA seniority numbers, and benefits OR the 3 WOs were combined into one...

This isn't the military, - lot of guys and girls are picking regionals based on location. A big part of the WO marketing strategy is stability during a regional career...Arbitrarily moving pilots around from one companies bases to another will stop people from applying to the WOs due to the added uncertainty.

What the average price of crash pads in ROA? I'm deciding if I should bid ROA or PHL with the lastest vacancy. Both bases are a 3 hour drive for me.
