LOL. just read the email about the next jizzet. Maybe I should bypass the flow and just bank 250 hours a month until next year. That horrible 1st year pay cut won't cut so deeply. Plus they are hiring for the next 10 years right?? :) Nothing bad could ever happen haha.

That's a great idea.. who cares about 2nd year pay or 401k.. or 700 seniority numbers!

Btw I have a bridge in brooklynn to sell you.

I'm looking at very early 2019.. keep my seat warm over there..

Will do! Just crossing my fingers for D.C. Or Philly. I think it goes by age in the class, and by looking at the new hire class photos... might be Getting what no one wants. But a lot can change even some new hires got 75 miami in training.

Who knows right.. I'd be all over that 75.. transfer 75 ny and sit short call all day long..

The good thing about Miami 75 is lack of time zone changes in a trip.

A lot of guys bid over to MIA this last bid. It will be interesting to see what bases go junior in the next couple years after all the shuffling and what they do with group 3.

Last new hires to the 757 were in early 2015....shrinking fleet. I doubt you'll see any more vacancies for new hires. Junior pilot on the 757 now is 1000 numbers from the bottom of the list.

How full are the classes looking, if I got an interview late April/early May would a class date sometime in May be realistic?

Signing Bonus Payment

How is the $21,200 signing bonus paid out? I’m assuming at the end of IOE? Is it one payment or spread out over a couple years like many other airlines are doing right now? I see that the $20,000 retention bonus is spread out but I haven’t seen anything about the signing bonus. Thank you.

$10,000 with the first paycheck, if you qualify $11,200 on paycheck after LOE. Not years.. just months..

Classes are booked up. Last I heard, the recruiters were filling the July class. However, that does not mean a vacancy for an earlier class will not open.

Unfortunately they are very booked.. if your a solid candidate as someone backs pout and you say I'm ready.. you might get a slot.
