He was observing how we operate to see if we are doing something incorrect causing a low dispatch reliability. Anyways, he wondered why we turn off the ac gens and leave the flaps @ 5. Also, one thing Bombardier has never researched was single engine taxis. Take it for what its worth but expect some operational changes as he was meeting with Andy when we got to clt then headin up to SBY. We tried to prepare him for sby as this was his first visit to hq. We just told him the state of our aircraft will make more sense once he sees hq.
