If we had it before, and the CSRs get 300$ for it now, then I don't see why we can't get it. Unless they really just don't give a crap about the pilots.

In any normal self respecting industry the company supplies the uniforms for its employees to wear.

You got the point. How many years of complaints to get the crew meal changed in LGA ????? what about the line purity???? and it will continue to be the same as long we a have a dorming union that has done nothing pro-active for the pilot gruop in couple of years. An example of it is "ASK PIEDMONT" most of the questions in there should have been sent to the union reps. to be addressed to the company for a solution but it is not happening. They wont steep up

Any more rumors out there about who will be getting Mesa’s flying when they go bankrupt? Any news about keeping the leases at the end of the year? With oil prices dropping, something positive must eventually come out of this economy.

[US Airways] has now revealed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange commission that it plans to remove "additional aircraft in 2009 and 2010".

Source: Here

I read the article and have seem some other stuff elsewhere. Looks as if mainline may be pulling a few airplanes. Nothing seems to point toward Piedmont. People are always looking for a rain cloud...

Just a thought...

Remember before you blast the Union you are a member of... The union is only as active as you are. Here is an idea... Why don't you STEP UP? Join a committee, get involved, then complain... Or are you "dorming?"

Does anybody know those few flights that are in the system, that keep the crews in a hotel somewhere for Thanksgiving all day, when do those flights originate? Does anybody know? Do any of them originate on Thanksgiving day? Thanks.

Wondering how many out there are still in the pool at this time? Does anyone think we might have any chance of training if Mesa goes under?

That's the same thing I was wondering about comair a few months back after they cancelled my class, now I've given up all hope of comair even being around next year.

If Mesa does go under I hope the flying goes to you guys and/or AWC or someone deserving of it. Looks like it would be wasted on comair now.

Has anyone else heard this...Mesa has a 95 million Dollar payment to make at the start of next year and they only have 40 million dollars in available assets.
