Here's what I've heard from friends:

My friend at CAL, who I believe is the number 1 FO in EWR, said it was generally fine once he learned to use it.

My friend at American Eagle, conversely, said he and all the AMR pilots are vehemently against PBS and will forever lobby against it. His main reasons were becauce of the fear of management manipulation and the fact that it requires less overall staffing.
